I'm assuming that you all did not meet the woman pulling a small hand truck with a pack at Timothy Lake August 11 of this year. As I remember, she had on a long white apron, sort of like the kind meat-cutters wear, wearing a pack, and pulling what looked like a cooler/ice chest, with another box on top.  We saw her going SB and got behind some boy scouts who were hiking NB.  Later, one of my non-hiking friends confirmed that the TL area is known for transients in the summer.
