Well, I'm not arguing against peeing.  LOL!  I'm just arguing against the idea that having a full bladder actually *makes* you cold.  It may make you uncomfortable, and thus you may lay there awake and realize you're slightly cold, but that's not the same thing.

Anyway, I'm not trying to be pedantic here.  It's just that it's easier to find solutions for your problems that actually work if you clearly understand what the problem actually is.
