This is correct - Gasoline (including white gasoline) is not mailable under
any conditions.
For Alcohol, Butane canisters, matches, esbit, and cigarette lighter USPS

Gasoline is banned from all mail.
Isobutane canisters, alcohol and fuel tabs (esbit) can be mailed surface
mail only, if packed and labeled properly. They are not allowed in priority
mail.
