[pct-l] Trail Town Etiquette, does it exist?

A year or 2 or 3 ago some hikers got rowdy at a motel in Idylwild. The 
upside was, I think someone created a 'Trail Town Etiquette" manifesto.

I've been searching the archives and I can't seem to find it. Can anyone 
point me in the correct direction?

Not trail ettiquette, that's covered. It's trail town ettiquette.
