[pct-l] Permits/ Bear Cans

Hi -

I think that it is the general consensus that ALL hikers should carry and use the bear cans thru the requisite areas.  If someone wants to gather statistics, they should station themselves along the PCT and take a survey.  If there is a subject that has really been beaten to death on the PCT-L, it is this one....
