[pct-l] CA Section C - PCT Reopened

I'd love to hear the comments about "*most of the other*" hikers taking the
closed section on *this* part of the trail. There was such a ruckus over
Scott and Joe going through the closed section up north. Seems to me they
were singled out for some reason.
