And they do not have any regard for regulations and ecological 
considerations in another country- there is a burn ban in all of Okanogan 
County, probably in all other east side counties as well, as there are fires 
there now.  Would they light fires all over the Alps too?
I have seen backpackers on the PCT and JMT from Europe and they seem to feel 
that the US is still the wild west, and they do not have to bother with low 
impact wilderness use.
