[pct-l] Section E 534.8 Cottonwood Creek bridge water on

The water was on when we went thru on 4/25 - not blasting out of the faucet,
but a steady flow. In Mojave now. Walked aqueduct and then up
Tehachapi-Willow Springs Road to Oak Creek due to Handlebar's report on
trail conditions. Days Inn picked us up. Heading up trail again tomorrow.
