[pct-l] Indian pass to Miners Creek Detour

Thanks Jeff.

I guess it depends on how adveturous I feel when I get there on whether 
I'll take it or not.  Another consideration is the FS update posted 
earlier and the Boulder Pass closure.  It may be best just to take the 
PCT sans alternates.
