Exclusively?  I doubt it.  Lots of folks go
fishing in the Sierra or eat huckleberries and
blueberries in Oregon/Washington.

On the AT it is popular to season meals with
ramps (also known as wild leeks).  If I remember
correctly, Wicked (2003 AT, 2004 PCT)
won the ramp eating contest in Whitetop.
