[pct-l] SPOT Locator beacon

If you pay extra for the service, it sends locator
messages every 10 minutes. They are recorded on the
SPOT website and anyone you give your access code to
can go to the website and look at where you are and
where you have been each ten minutes. It will display
on a Google satellite map , a topo or a road map.
