No need to ring them, the data is up on the web site today.. Dry weight of the 
bottle and filter is 635 grammes (22.4 oz).
Flow rate is 2.5L/min (0.66 US gallons/min) at 0.25Bar - Dependant on quality 
of water & amount of usage the cartridge has had.
