I think I figured it out --

most of you on this list are "hard core" and I'm "soft core".  when this 
list gets too intense, just go take a hike.

Today is sunny with a little breeze, so I'm going to go take a hike.

And as I read long ago,  "don't take life too seriously, you don't get 
out alive anyway!"
