[pct-l] New Balaclava

It is getting to be Fall and winter hiking season.  This new OR  balaclava 
might be of interest to some folks.  It only weighs 2.3  ounces.  Since around 
40% of our body heat is lost through the head and  neck area, this might be a 
good addition to your off season hiking gear.
