[pct-l] Resupply packages at Timberline Day Lodge

The Gift Shop in the Timberline Day Lodge does an excellent job of taking care of the PCT Trail Register. They also very carefully monitor the resupply packages that are sent there each season. The manager, Felicia Santoro, has provided the following information for thru-hikers planning to send packages to Timberline (see below).

Store hours for April and May: 9-5
Store hours for June-Sept.15: 7-7
Store hours from sept.15-Oct.15: 9-5

All packages delivered USPS but not picked up will be returned to sender Oct. 15 due to storage needs.  All packages delivered UPS or FedEx will be destroyed at that time.

All boxes are $4.00 at the time of pick-up. Letters are free

There are no grocery or laundry facilities at Timberline for through hikers.  Laundry facilities are available to hikers who are also hotel guests with a room.  General grocery and laundry are located three miles by trail or six miles by road down the hill in Government Camp.
