[pct-l] Public Transportation From Idyllwild?

It's easy to get to and you can bag the peak while you're at it, but once 
you get down you're stuck in a parking lot full of foreign tourists (in 
general a fear of American hitchikers) and a long road to a main road.
$11.00 one way
Spring from a pipe 2-3 miles before the Tram, otherwise dry up there.

Palm Springs probably has taxi service.
