[pct-l] Bear Canisters

I plan to tell any ranger that I am not spending the night, that I am day
hiking and my pack is full of camera gear. Then I am going to run. If I
end up in court, I can always say, " your Honor, of course I ran. In order
to avoid spending the night without the approved bear canister, I needed to
complete another seventy five miles before sunset."
