My mom is a pretty avid backpacker and mountaineer and wants to join me for a week on trail. I know the social difficulties of this, but I am willing to risk it. My actual question is whether or not she could feasibly meet me at the Kennedy Meadows General Store. Any past hikers have an answer or suggestion? Thanks! -Rachel
