[pct-l] Walker Pass Transportation

Many years ago, I used to eat at a great steak house at Walker Pass.  I 
recall that a guy operated it out of his home, and the menu was "how do you 
want it cooked".
Anyone know if its still there or what the name of it is/was and who the guy 
was.
Last time I was there was probably 30 years ago.
