[pct-l] Cotton Creek Water is off

Dear PCTers,
   
  I just spoke to someone at the LA Dept. of Water & Power and the aqueduct at Cottonwood Creek has been drained and the water is off at the bridge. This creates a waterless 40 mile gap.
   
  I've heard that a water cache is sometimes available at this location.  Has anyone heard anything so far this year?
