[pct-l] Whitewater Canyon MAY be closed soon

Riverside County Fire Chief on Tuesday will ask the Board of Supervisors
to immediately close several hiking areas because of hazardous fire
conditions, right before the July 4 holiday.
The Riverside County unincorporated areas proposed for closure are:

Whitewater Canyon (Cabazon, north of Palm Springs)
