[pct-l] GPS with a Mac

for those of you out there who use Macs:

What GPS units work with a Mac -- OSX 10.4 or above, or perhaps 10.3? 
Need USB interface.
What mapping software packages have you found?
I just looked at NG Topo! and their information is ambiguous although 
hopefully there is a version that will run on a Mac.
