"How's Your Trail"?   Left the house in Murrieta, this morning at 04:00 hrs. went to Wildomar and picked up (Marjean)
I call her "Smoking Stick". She looks like a stick and she smokes, but not in my car. Then went to Lake Elsinore and picked up Fox Tail (my Granddaughter Erica) and headed for Baden Powell. Started the hike at 06:30, got to "Lamel Spring" at 08:00hrs. Nice small puddle, clear but could not tell if it was running, must be under ground. Smoking stick made it to the old pine at 9300' and stayed there. My Granddaughter and I went to the top and had lunch, got there at 11:30 hrs. Yes we kept waiting for the stick to catch up. Stayed on top for an hour and then went back down and got to the car at 14:15hrs. got back home at 16:00. Now all that BS aside, on the way up "Prozac" passed us on her way north.  On top we met "Tyvek"  and Becky (no trail name yet), they are headed North. Also Scout troop 613 from North Hollywood. There were a lot of other day hikers. stopped at the Del Taco twice at hwy 138 Remember
