Actually, CREST does go to Reno Airport; it's the northern end of their run.
Scroll down on the page you cited, and you'll see the schedule.

As I told Jeff in a separate message, the problem with CREST to YARTS to get
from Reno to Tuolumne is that it takes parts of two days because of their
limited schedules. Probably best to take CREST from Reno to Lee Vining, and
then hitch from LV to Tuolumne. There's plenty of traffic, and nearly every
car going west from LV is going to Tuolumne Meadows (or beyond).
