[pct-l] Health/evac Insurance

What have PCT hikers used in the past as far as temporary insurance
while on the trail? I've been looking everywhere for health/evac
insurance for my thru and I'm coming up empty. My work insurance/cobra
is not an option for me, for reasons I can't get into. I know other
hikers in past seasons must have had a solution to this problem.
