[pct-l] sleeping bag

I've used a 40 degree bag for all but the Sierras, but without the rest of 
my system and strategy it wouldn't be enough.  I'm a little close to the 
edge and may pay for it some day.
I used a 30 before and it gave a lot more leeway..................... but 
the weight! (I think it was only a 4 ounces difference).
