As always, don't forget far northern ca (someone did mention section o). All through the Trinities and Marbles there are lakes galore. Some 'on trail' and some off. But they certainly are there. And, due to later in the season, cold but do-able (opposed to the early spring in the sierra). Enjoy! are we there yet
