[pct-l] Ice on San Jacinto Traverse

I should also mention there can be dangerous ice on the upper part of this Cactus to Clouds Trail, particularly on the traverse across several chutes just a bit before topping out at the notch. The ice can be hidden beneath leaves, needles, or dirt. Be careful. Check the www.mtsanjacinto.info board for current conditions - if nothing is current, ask and someone usually will have current beta.

> You won't find the Cactus to Clouds Trail (aka Skyline Trail) on any official map. "They" want to discourage any tourist hiker from using it up or down because of it's rugged nature. The trail is also known as the "Outlaw Trail."
