[pct-l] Caches

I started section hiking in 1998, about when caches started appearing.
 
Many are superfluous, but appreciated.  Several are almost essential
especially,  Kelso Valley Rd and/or Bird Spring Pass.
 
Bike Springs is nicely placed.
 
San Felipe, of course!
 
You cannot imagine how important those are to hikers!  It all depends on the
year too.
