I think that's probable, based on the NOAA forecast,
at this point in time.  Also, if there's little "early
in the season" snow that increases the chances of
early meltoff of later snow since there isn't that
strong cold base to keep it solidified.


Does anyone know if there's a record of how accurate
previous regional NOAA forecasts have been?
