[pct-l] Rescue Insurance

Hey Dr. Bob,

Some time ago on the list, informed individuals were discussing this. I hope 
they chime in.

It went something like this: if a resident of Calfornia is rescued somewhere 
in California, that persons home county pays for it. If that person is 
rescued in California and they are from out of state, the county they were 
rescued in pays for it.

That's what my foggy memory conjured up. So from that weak memory, rescue 
insurance doesn't seem to be an issue. Maybe , it is. I dunno.

Hopefully someone will correct/add to this.
