[pct-l] To Ursack or not to Ursack

Ursack models are legal and used in many other areas of the country. They don't make them solely to please the SIBBG.

It is our responsibility as the purchaser to stay up to date on the ever-changing rulings of the powers-that-be in the areas in which we hike. This is especially true where the SIBBG holds sway.

When I could no longer use my Ursack in CA, I gave it to an AT thru-hiker. He loved it and it worked great all the way.

Overcome. Improvise. Adapt.
