[pct-l] Mission Creek Water Status

Just before Mission Creek Trail Camp, at mile 238, is what is called the 
Forested flats junction in the water report.  This was flowing well on 4/22 
and is only a mile+ short of the Mission Creek Trail Camp.   We did not 
check out the camp, but rest easier that there is water available just a 
mile+ short of there.
