[pct-l] Question water C4 239.3 Mision Camp?

The information on Mission Creek Trail Camp 239.3 was actually "did not find the water." This is a problem for almost everyone it seems. (I never looked for it as I started and ended trips there.)

Scott Williamson provides detailed directions to the water at the trail camp in Yogi's PCT Handbook. I have included those directions on the water reports website pct.4jeffrey.net with Yogi's permission.
