[pct-l] Golden Oak Spring Status

F4 	583.4 	Golden Oaks Spring 	basically a muddy seep. there was no
water coming out of the pipe, not even dripping. There was some water in the
trough, but extremely gross looking. The ground was wet all around the
trough and there were a couple of spots where you could place a dish or pipe
to collect a fairly steady drip, but it would take some patience.

This came from the PCT Water Report.  Is this spring clogged or just going
dry?  It has been a dry winter in So Cal, so far, from I can tell from here.
 
If this spring is going dry that will create a 35 mile section with no
water.  Robin Bird, the next spring is running well, but it is a ways
away......
