[pct-l] Yogi's PCT Book in PDF

I've heard it's bad karma to do April Fools jokes after midday, but  
maybe that's just an excuse that late-risers use to try and hide the  
day out in bed. I'll admit to falling for it, but it's April 2nd here  
so I let my guard down.
