[pct-l] Section A, Border->Warner Springs in December?

I did Section A in October, 2004. There was quite a bit of rain a couple of 
days, but there was also lots of water, no bugs, and the temperature was 
perfect. There wasn't much snow in the Lagunas, but that was October.
