[pct-l] Rain Shell/Fleece Liner or something

What is a good shell jacket (ie, seams that *really* don't leak) integrated 
with some type of soft liner, such as fleece?

I would settle for a separate soft liner and a hard shell, but the 2 
integrated, removable or not would be ideal. Weight is not a consideration 
only functionality. Breathable would be better, but not a major concern for 
my purposes.

A hood is a must for both the shell/liner, with a full zipper front on both.
