[pct-l] ultralight packs

I vote for the UAL packs, I am still using one of his original packs (I gear
tested it) and still today I can get all my stuff in for a five day hike.
However, my daughter and other friends have purchased one of his larger
packs so they could fit a bear canister in.  You do not have to give up the
hip belt or sternum strap and you do have padding in the shoulders.
