[pct-l] EveryTrail: View your hike from above

One other cool thing about EveryTrail: Your GPS trace can be overlaid on
USGS topo maps as well as Google Maps, Google Earth, and satellite images
(the regular Google ones, plus USGS images, which often have higher
resolution).
