[pct-l] Oregon Flooding

The coastal ranges of northern and central Oregon are expected to receive up 
to 10 inches of rain in slightly over 24 hours. The Cascades will get up to 
8 inches. Flood watches are posted throughout the north-western part of 
Oregon.

I haven't been following Washington, but from what folks are saying, it 
doesn't sound good.
