[pct-l] Public Notice - Mt. Whitney Trip Change

The Mt. Whitney Expedition has been changed to  a full moon summit bid on 
Thursday, September 7.  There will be a  partial solar eclipse that day too.  

I will arrive in Lone Pine at  the Dow Motel on Labor Day, September 4
to start partying.  The next day  about 3 miles up the trail to Outpost
Camp will be the goal.  Then the  next day it will be another 3 miles to
Trail Camp for additional rest and  continual acclimation.  

When I leave Trail Camp at midnight for the  top on Thursday, I will
probably go on O2.  I will have my personal  oxygen bottle with me.  If
any of you are planning to go with me, there  will be a small fee for
any use of my bottle.  The higher we go, the  higher the fee.
