[pct-l] PCT closed in CA Maps M6 - M8

This fire is 100% contained but I have not seen anything about if the PCT
has reopened. The PCT detour was apparently well marked, so watch for signs
in the area. The fire burned 40 acres, but was in very steep terrain near
the Middle Fork Feather River.
