[pct-l] Hang a Cannister?

Some bearcan manufacturers suggest placing your can 100 feet from camp at
night and other times when not in use...is that common practice?  How about
hanging a bearcan?  I know there are stuff sacks for them....should be easy
to hang one.  Has anyone done it?  "Hang A Can" is a cool trail name.  If
its true bears have learned to bring down hung sacks, maybe they should
start getting canned for it.

Interesting word "bearcan" ...I bet there's some comdians out there who
could give us a chuckle....
