[pct-l] Mt Jefferson /PCT closure

The PCT has been closed from the area of 3 Finger Jack to Jefferson Park due to the Puzzle Fire.  Since there is no road access in the closure area that is open, thru hikers will have to detour at McKenzie Pass to the west and rejoin the PCT at Ollallie Lake.  The PCT is closed from Mckenzie Pass to Santiam Pass due to the George Lake Fire.   Another possible detour would be to leave the trail at Sisters Mirror Lake and head east to Bend and then up to Ollalie Lake.
