Well in California we have two fees you apparrently do not have or you just
forgot list:
1- Lukewarm shower fee: .25
2- Dirty and cracked poddy use fee: .10
There certainly has been a clear degradation in both of these services
except for
the shiney new coin machines in some places you can sit on the cracked john
looking
at the new coin-op machine your money is paying for (as well as the person
to
empty it and send the money to Big Brother in Washington)--
Now that's a crappy deal!
