[pct-l] RE: [at-l] PCT/AT Single season Hike just completed.

Another hiker I know, Foxtrot, was trying to do this after hiking with Pilot
this Spring.  He hiked with her from Crawford Notch, NH, on 16 April, to
Katahdin, ME, on 21 May.  Then he went to Campo, CA, and started the PCT
northbound on 26 May. He supposedly did finish the PCT, I'm not sure of the
exact date, but heard it was around the first of October.  He then returned
to Crawford Notch to finish the AT southbound.  He was heading south from
Damascus, VA, on 25 Nov, with Kool-Aid.  But, he signed into The Place with
the note "PCT & 2/3 AT '99", so I don't know if he was still trying to
finish.  If he did, he would have gotten to Springer about the same time as
Culver and Bung, or shortly afterward.
