[pct-l] ADZPCTKOP - Webpage

In the next few days, I'm going to be updating the PCTA website with a new
schedule on front page. I'll be adding the ADZPCTKOP event to it. If anyone
has or would like to create a webpage with details of the event, I'll make a
link to it in the schedule. 

If you can create a page but need space to store it, let me know and I'll
provide space.
