DUE TO THE MILLENNIUM AND POSSIBLY LARGE NUMBERS OF HIKERS ATTEMPTING THE PCT NEXT YEAR. HAS ANYBODY HEARD OF POSSIBLE RESTRICTIONS ON PCT PERMITS AND/OR THRU HIKERS.
