I am on Windows 98 and Internet Explorer 5.0 and it works for me. Can you 
upgrade to IE5.0 while still on Win95? If you try to upgrade, I'm sure 
they'll tell you before you download.

If you have purchased any kind of new software on CD-ROM recently, check 
those CD's. They may have IE5.0 that you can install. Also, check any 
unsolicited CD-ROM that you received (trying to get you to sign up on their 
ISP).
